Incentives worth discussing

You bring the team, we help get the word out

A successful program starts with clear communication. Altus Power works with you on marketing and enrollment support to help employees understand the benefit and take the next step.

Plan your partnership

Tell us where your employees live and which utilities serve them. We'll help assess availability and discuss potential partner incentives and sign-on bonuses.

Make the benefit easy to understand

We'll assist with marketing materials, such as employee emails, flyers, and a dedicated program webpage, to explain Community Solar and encourage participation.

Support enrollment

As part of your partnership, we'll fast-track employee enrollment and provide a VIP customer experience. Our team will help answer questions about eligibility, bill credits, and enrollment so your internal team doesn't have to explain everything on its own.

Questions about partnering?

How does Community Solar help employees save?

Employees subscribe to a nearby solar project that supplies electricity to the local grid. They receive solar credits on their utility bill and pay for those credits at a discount. Billing arrangements and savings depend on the utility and subscription terms.

Do employees need to own a home or install panels?

No. Community Solar is available to eligible renters and homeowners without equipment installation, site visits, or changes to their existing utility service. There are no upfront fees for participants.

Can all of our employees participate?

Eligibility depends on where employees live, their utility, and space in local Community Solar projects. Contact us with your team's locations so we can help assess availability.

What incentives can our partnership include?

We're open to discussing incentives for partner organizations and sign-on bonuses for eligible employees. Availability, amounts, and enrollment requirements are agreed for each partnership rather than offered at a single standard rate.

Will Altus Power help us promote the program?

Yes. We will assist with marketing to help make your program a success. Our team can work with you on communications and enrollment support, including materials that explain the benefit and help employees take the next step.

Can HOAs and property managers partner with Altus Power?

Yes. We also support partnerships with HOAs and residential communities to help eligible residents save on electricity. Contact hello@altuspower.com to discuss your community and potential referral incentives.
